Nouth korear problem: peaceful negotiation is the only way out

Aacording to the news from Yonhap News Agency that American representive team of punishing North Korea will visit china in Jul.2. It is reported that the team is composed by White House, national security council, treasury and defense department. The American Wall Street Daily declared that Obama government have been ready to throw financial threat to force North Korea to give up their nuclear plan, the American treasury department is trying to connect the internation banks to restrict the fund to flow into North Korea, Wall Street Daily cites the words of a US office that China will become the key to this action.

It shows that American has changed its original speech attack strategy but focused on the implement of UNSC punishment resolution, by cutting off its financial resource and forcing North Korea to turn back. While China is the key of this punishment action, and also the first choice of public relations officials. The White House seems to have a great confidence about it, this team can be said luxious enough which even has related some important department in American national security system, then what would be the result of this action? Can America get what they want?

Personaly, I think America has apparently lost its direction, if the story keeps developing like that, their plan will exist the risk of empty. In this period time, the North Korea government has answered the punishment from international society with a strong atittude, and got great support from their citizens which has furthered united the heart from all aspects, it also have the possibility for them to react in a more drastic measure. The punishment is as common as potluck for North Korea, the history teaches us that punishment never has any effective function for them, if it did, then North Korea’s problem would be solved at early time.

North Korea is always complying with the policy of closed door, its foreign economic dependence is low, the lives of their people are mostly self supplied. Central treasury has put large amount of money in military budget, in except, they have took control over a lot of free funds from smuggling and black market trade, all of these are directly serviced for political activity. Maybe it would be a good chance for china to be frank to America, it seems that Beijing government is trapped in passive situation about North Korea problem all the time. The first station of American team is visiting China, it can not exclude the intention of forcing china to support their action. The key to solve North Korea problem depends on mutual understanding of the three parties: China, America and North Korea. So why not just think about what North Korea really wants, and what we can give to them, this would be more meaningful to the current situation.
